STAGE 33:
Left rear frame.
Pic 1: Locate the 2 x cable extenders 33B.
Fix the self-adhesive labels to each so that one cable is labelled at each end ‘S’ and the other cable ‘T’.
Pic 2: Place the frame 33A so that the screw posts highlighted are facing up.
Pic 3: Place the cables between the posts as shown with the socket ends to the left as shown in pic 4:
Fit the clamps 4 x 33E in place and fix with 2 x G screws in each.
Pic 4: The socket ends of the cables must be to the left as shown.
Store safely for now.

STAGE 34A:
Left air intake and filter.
Pic 1: Fix the 2 x brackets 34A and 34B to the frame from the previous stage using 2 x G screws.
They will only fit one way.
Pic 2: Fix parts 34C and 34D together as shown with 2 x B screws.
Pic 3: Fit the mesh 34E in place where indicated.
It will only fit one way.
Pic 4: Fix the cover 34F in place with 2 x B screws.
Pic 5: Fit the filter housing parts 34G and 34H together and fix down the side with 1 x B screw.

STAGE 34B:
Pic 6: Fit the two assemblies together.
They will only fit one way.
Fix with 1 x B screw.
Pic 7: Fix the other side with another B screw.
Pic 8: Locate the left pipe 34I. It is marked on one end ‘L’.
Fix it to the assembly as shown with 2 x B screws.
The small horizontal mark should face down.
Pic 9: Locate the right pipe 34J. It is marked on one end ‘R’.
Fix it to the assembly as shown with 2 x B screws.
The small horizontal mark should face up.
Pic 10: Fix the assembly to the brackets installed on the frame at step 1 using 1 x B screw in each bracket.
The assembly will only fit one way.

Pic 12: A different view.

STAGE 35:
Coolant reservoir.
Pic 1: Fix the bracket 35A to the frame as shown with 3 x G screws.
Pic 2: Fit the pipe 35B into the reservoir base 35C and fix with 1 x F screw on the inside.
Pic 3: Fit the top 35D and fix from underneath with 1 x F screw.
Pic 4: Press-fit the pipe 35E in place.
It will only fit one way.
Pic 5: The pin on the underside of the reservoir locates in the hole in the long arm of the bracket as indicated.
NOTE – The printed instructions highlight the wrong hole.
Pic 6: Fix the reservoir in place with 2 x F screws.
Pic 7: Fit the 3 x pipes 35F, 35G and 35H together as shown.
Pic 8: Fit the thicker pipe into the reservoir fitting as indicated.
Pic 9: Feed the thinner pipe underneath the upper frame bar.

STAGE 36:

Fix them to the assembly as shown with 2 x B screws in each.
