making small coils with this tool requires an olbas inhaler outer tube, 1mm drill, pice of spare wood with 1mm hole, drill a hole in the centre of the dome with 1mm drill insert rigging thread a couple of mm use shank of drill to hold thread in place wind thread around drill and gently wind thread into a coil keeping the thread next to the dome, [do not pull or it will go under the last coil ] till the required size lock of with clamp as shown apply diluted wood glue only to coil wait till dry then slip pice of wood over drill and pull out drill this stops the coil unwinding from the centre ,remove from tube it will not stick to the plastic as long as you use wood glue
