BigGrin Hi Jameel,

The left tyre will fit on the right wheel, no problem, but if you look at the 'Bridgestone' and 'Potenza' markings on the tyre wall, you will see that they have an arrow on one end of the writing ? That is there to indicate the direction of travel for that particular tyre. It will be facing forward when fitted to the correct wheel. If you fit a left tyre to a right wheel, the arrow will be facing the wrong way !

Also, the inside edge of all the tyres where they fit onto the wheels have different profiles for the inner and outer sides of the tyre because of the shape of the wheel, which you will find out when you get the wheel in issue 3 .

The front tyres won't fit on the rear wheels at all as they are slightly narrower than the rear wheels and tyres ? Hope that helps ?

Hi all,
For those of you with questions on the tyres looking different shades of black - a silicone gel comes with the last tyre at issue #53 so you can touch up your wheels to look identical.

thanks

Admin.

BigGrin Hi Jam,

You won't find many aggressive people on here, though there is always going to be one or two, the same as in any part of life, but they don't survive for very long on here !! Your age doesn't give anybody the right to verbally abuse you, so that is a bit naughty of them and I think they should show you more respect. Glad to hear that you have built a lot of models and you should think about posting some photos on here so that we can all see what you have built ??
