How come the decals arent on the official model photos? Also I thought the rear tyres were wider than the fronts but they seem the same, I may be wrong I just thought they were.

I think we have to say "well done" to DeAgostini and Kyosho for the development of this model. If you look at both the poster that came with Issue 1 and the "McLaren Detail" section on the website the pictures show that model really was an early prototype and has been developed considerably since launch.
Things that I can pick out are - brake discs are more detailed and have more colour, the brake calipers (out in Japan already) have far more detail than the illustrated ones here, all the detail on the gearbox top, cockpit detail, such as belts etc., upper rear wishbones re-developed and look much stronger. I guess the templated carbon decals have been developed during the release in Japan.
Can anyone else see any other improvements?

Rear wing on the promotion photos shows that the parts we're screwed together Also the drive shafts we're red and the rear upper suspension arms installed looked liked they orignally was made as 2 seperate pieces as seen here 2nd picture in from the top left
