Hamilton and Vettel delivered a thriller for pole position in what has the making's for an exciting race!

Vettel secured his 14th pole of the 2011 season equalling Mansell's longstanding record of 14 poles in a season.

Was it just me or did it sound like Mclaren and Button were suggesting that Red Bull are using something illegal during final qualifying?

Glad i'm not the only one who thought that Dave.
In a nutshell Jenson basically said it's as if they have something they can switch on just for that little bit extra.
He may well have been joking around as he was laughing when he said it,but it could be taken as a subtle implication.
The above is not an accurate quote but a taster of what was said as I can't remember exact wording.

Yeah as above, Jenson said Mclaren used everything they are allowed to use.

Here is the interview on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zPNTCvuX98

Im sure there was more when it was live regarding the RB.

Very well picked up on! I heard it but didn't really pay any attention. Although, all the teams are commentators have been suggesting it for the last 2 years really but the FIA just can't grab Red Bull on anything!
