I've got it on my account also. Guess its a common problem then. Don't think i'd get it from smiths as im hoping there might be an extra freebie for sticking with it. But if enough people confirm that there won't be then might do it.

I have some thing going on payment has been taken as normal but not showing up spoke to admine about it and said yes payment has been taken its just the system is a llittle slow at the moment. My issiues heve been turning up fine from the start. The free gifts have been a little late well the cap was and messed up the payment one time but apart from that all has been ok for me. Also been told the steering wheel will be posted this weekend.

Hi there
The system that you log into to view your accounts appears to be a bit slow at the moment, but the payments should be processing correctly. Please contact customer services if you have any concerns and would like to check the payment details.
Thanks Admin

I tried to order more binders, the momney was taken but no binders, a quick phone call to the support and they talked in riddles saying there are no binders available but if I pay again then they could send me a set not advertised. I declined and thought it was a bit dodgy asking for my card details over the phone.... Needless to say am still waiting on binders.
