I've been looking for 'boom irons' for the x-section of Victory that I'm building, has anyone got sugestion where they can be bought? I can probably make up something like them at a push but would prefer to buy if possible. Jeff

Tried both with no joy! I thought CMB would have had them as I would have thought they were a main component of 'period' ships fittings. I wonder where GeAg got their's from? Anyway I've got some 'irons in the fire'  if it comes to making them.

The series items come from Artesania Latina, its a long shot but you could try Caldercraft

hi jeff i broke mine so i got one of the big eyelets and grasped them with pliers and bent to a right angle nobody noticed any difference and they looked fine..u can see on my diary but now i need to do the same throughout my build so hang fire i will probably have spares if that helps and u can wait cheers benny

Thanks for the offer Benny, if I can't get sorted I'll PM you, like I said earlier it should'nt prove too difficult to make a couple of set's but am surprised that it's an item not on general sale anywhere!
