Hi, Not really a new item I've had one for some time & don't fing it that useful, the belt grip tends not to grip tight enough at times causing the belts to slip off the side. Replacement belts not cheap either. I use flory models skinny sanders quite a bit, 3 grades available & you can get a pack of 12 of each grade plus 10 sponge sanders for £15, can be cut sown as well.
