I can see why you have not been posting lately! that is a lot of work that has been done since the last update. Not enough time to build, photograph and then post an update. Crying

The tiled gallery floor is a very nice touch.
Keep them pictures coming.
Steve..

Hi, a bit of an update: BigGrin

I have never been quite happy with the way the build and my way of doing the gun ports, I thought they looked a bit big and were not quite even enough for my liking!! so when I awoke this morning I thought I would have another look at them: Blink

So I found some 10x10mm evergreen and went to work !

So First I made sure that the tube sat in the ports already done, cut of a 5mm wide piece and glued into the port

I then back filled and sanded back

Then Painted Red Ochre as per!

Overall I am very happy with the result, so I whipped a bit of paint round them to get the full effect!

So I just got the rest to do now as well as tidying my bit of painting up (it was a bit of a rush job) and of course the copper plating!!

Plating So Far and Bits & Pieces

Happy Building, Russ

Just took delivery of issues 87 to 114 from my newsagent so got a lot to be getting on with!, will post some piccies later today. BigGrin
