If you have a complaint about Customer Service or Product, please contact Customer Services, who are paid by DeAgostini to resolve any problems you might have. When you call or email, please keep a record of who you spoke to and when.
If you are not helped, or your problem is unresolved, then send a message to the forum Admin, however for your own security do this as a Private Message (PM) as you will need to provide your account details. We will then try to ascertain with customer services why they are unable to assist.
However, you should not PM Admin without first contacting Customer Services, otherwise we will simply pass you back to CS.
