Hello again I'm back after being away for Christmas. I had a big plans to move my build forward but it didn't work out. Too busy doing other stuff. Little update on my nearly finished one side of the hull. Quite tricky stern area turned out quite nice I think That's the overall view. I must say I'm very pleased. What do you use to clean fingerprints and other stuff from the copper?

Hi Tom! Looks great! to clean the copper try Rustin's metal shine and if you what to protect the shine then give it a coat of metal lacquer. As always make a test piece to be safe using offcuts use the same glue you used on the hull, add some glue over the tiles and stick your fingers all over it. Wait a couple of day to let the glue dry fully then give it a clean and check the glue come off the tiles but the tiles remain on the wood, test the metal lacquer as it contains thinners, you don't what the tiles to lift off! not with all your hard work.

Thanks guys :-) I hope to get some propper pictures done this weekend. I've done about 30% of the other side now - it is slow process especially when you too busy to do it :-) Stay tuned Cheers
