Drilled the holes in the end, Just got solder the Trunnions in now, then Blacken them.

Well Ive soldered some trunnions in here's one of them, hope Ive got it looks right best I can do!, you can't really tell with photo's.

They look good Rob,did you know there is a Carr's blackener for solder as well just in case it shows up when you do your blackening,see link below.
