how do get your download for your build instructions i have phoned and emialed customer care for the last six weeks

 Hi Davro and welcome deag usally send an email saying your next set of parts are on the way this should also contain a link to the download page. Type i your password[ you should have got these by letter just after you subscribed]then download the revelent instructions. yes i have been told this but it has never happened recieved my first set of parts but nothing else

Have you also checked your junk emails? Depending on how high you've sent the junk filter it may have gone here.
