Thanks Jase, got a tiger 1 Heng Long in my arsenal with metal tracks etc. They are fun but need a lot of work to bring the accuracy level up though. If you do grab one there is another site called Welsh Dragon which I can vouch for getting parts and upgrades from.
Would love a Tamiya full works king tiger Or a 1/6th scale Armortek tank of any description!

Heng Long, Hanz upp, you also have a 1/16 PzkpfW III! I gave it to you, even though it don't work! Heng Long are good but as Hanz says, they take a lot of upgrading to bring up to what I guess would be a Tiger enthusiasts standard. I will get the Tamiya Tiger one day, oh yes! Mind you, I would love to have an armourtek 1/6 Tiger!

They are mate, the Tiger 1 and new Panther are getting rebuilt. The Panther will be wearing British colours though, i'm building it as Cuckoo from 4th Battalion of 6th Coldstream Guards Tank Brigade. The Tiger 1 i have not a clue yet.

Why not do Tiger 131, the Bovington Tiger? Funny you mention that mate, was thinking the same this morning. I have all the info too (yes, i have the Haynes manual), will need to get some parts for it first though. Needs RX18 board, new metal tracks and sprockets. Thing is, should i build it how it is today or how it was back in the day??

Me and Dazza are going to the Tiger day and we could get loads of pics for you mate, you would have some excellent source material. (that is of course providing Panzer John dioes not try and nick everything from it first!
