Ok.. just a small update but one that needs no introduction!!!! the pods.. The line between the MP4 red and Chrome will be hidden by decals so nothing to worry about here... Warthog attached the following image(s):

That looks absolutely brilliant mate, The colour looks spot on.... What have you used again? the Alclad Chrome? Im glad I've decided to do it all from scratch, looking at this thread and your expertise I'm gonna learn a lot. Building the McLaren MP4-23

What I've done is remove all the silver from the parts and taken it back to the abs plastic.. A much more polished finish to work on.. I just use T-Cut, nothing else, no abrasive paper etc apart from 6000 micromesh cloth...
