Getting very frustrated. Started my subscription end of jan - got first issues march and now have to wait until May to get issues 3 and 4. Whats going on?? Got told because of a direct debit issue I had to wait another month. Still not received either the first free gift or the paint I have bought and paid for. Doesn't fill you with confidence - also told they can only ship once a month - if so what if we need a replacement issue. Come on De- agostini get your act together

Hi steviegio, you may find in your May delivery you could get issues 3,4,5 & 6 plus a binder. That's what i'm getting in my April delivery. Things do take their time to come. I ordered copper tiles and paint on 9th February and they came on 22nd and 23rd March. A bit longer than the 28 days stated, but they did arrive. Also i only got issues 1 & 2 in my first delivery. Mal.
