Please can someone help me, I've tried several 0845 numbers and send emails to degostini and modelspace about my missing issue 46, despite all my efforts since the 2nd April when my monthly parcel arrived I've not had any response at all. Any help will be very very much appreciated!!!

Might be an idea to check back with customer services to see if it has been sent as a separate item and also establish if it has actually been sent and when.

Pleeeeease can you help, I keep ringing the customer services number and I don't get anything other than a queuing system, god knows what I have spent holding on an 0845 number I have sent 10 emails per night for the last 2 nights including 3 over the last 3 weeks and nothing, no reply nothing. Reading the A4 page that comes with the monthly issue it says "missing an issue? Buy them at our online shop, visit www.degostini.co.uk/shop" This struck me as worrying to say the least, please Tomick can you help. Kind regards Dave

I think it might be cheaper to buy one off ebay than spend any more time and money on 0845 phone calls.

Admin suggested you PM them, I suggested that you remove/edit your account details from public view for obvious reasons..
