Need help with stanchion/railing fittings for Model Slipway Trent Lifeboat Options

Location: Bristol
The original syanchions/railings on my RC Trent Lifeboat are falling to pieces and I'm looking for suitable replacement fittings. Stanchions are ~ 47mm high and they and the railings are 3.25mm diam. Any ideas as to where I might find fittings? Thanks

Have you tried Cornwall Model Boats, who have stacks of stanchions
