Hi all, i know this issue has already been raised and most people have opted to leave there suspension parts 'as is' and the more skilled opting for a carbon wrap, but i stumbled across this vid which i thought may benefit some who would like a carbon effect done a slightly different way. i appreciate the scale is different but the technique would still be the same!! Hope its useful, ......oh watch the whole vid if you wish or just skip 9 mins in to see how its done..

It is very useful and been looking into this myself and tried a few attempts but getting the right scale mesh is difficult.. would certainly save a lot of time and money!!! Good find ThumpUp

If you check elsewhere on this forum, and on the DeAg Japanese website, you'll se that around issue 65 (UK) there is a sheet of carbon fibre decals for all the suspension parts etc as part of the kit.
I'll use those when they arrive.
Roy.

I am aware of the decals that will be available Roy, but its nice to sometimes have a different option :-) All builds will be unique! Cheers, Dave.

Confused Why would they wait so late in the build to give us the carbon decals?? Surely they did not expect us to wait until all the issues were saved, and then start building???Bored
