Hi all,
I haven't had much time to build of late and STILL have only had 7 rows planked on the outside. Yesterday, I came upon a thread, but cannot at all remember what it was about or the name. I only remember someone saying that there was some problem or something with issue 22's planking being wrong or something.
Can anyone confirm or explain this to me please?

Hi, if I recall correct it's rib no 15 which causes some trouble. Digger for it in forum (yeah, it was promised to sort things and perhaps a search function would be great...but reality is reality: patience, patience and browsing, browsing). I saved a couple of problems from forum for later purpose (I am hugely behind with my build) - so, if you have nothing heard or still out looking for issue, just let me know that I start to digger too. cu Stefan

Hi Francois
Have just finished planking and I don't remember any problems doing it at all, other than the ones I created for myself and certainly nothing related issue 22.
All I would say is that once you move to the lower hull make sure you taper the planks at the bow early on even if that don't seem to need it.

I dont recal any Planking issues. there was a minor issue around rib 15 which needs both building up and sanding down but the instructions take you through that process so no big deal. J  “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.”
