Although Glenn said it's not a test but a full series so fingers crossed!

Hi Ian,

Mike is right, a note of caution should be sounded here and it may indeed be a test release.

With regard to the comments I made, I was simply repeating what I was told by customer service at Eaglemoss. I asked a straight question "is this the full release or a test release?". The guy I spoke to said it was the "full release", he even put me on hold while he checked it, but he may have got it wrong.

I have noticed that The Nissan GTR collection is still not on their main website with where all their main collections are. This is the website I was talking about, and I said to the guy that "I could not see it on there." His reply was that "it would be, soon."

That's why I was surprised (and delighted) when Mike posted a link to a dedicated site for it, because I had been checking the main site where all the other Eaglemoss collections are, and it was not on there, (It is still not as of 04.27am 17/04/2012)

Here is the link to that site:

http://www.eaglemoss.com/

I hope this provides clarification for everyone! BigGrin

Regards
S2ksean

Hi to all,

I would like to know if anybody has been billed for this subscription?

It has been 2 weeks since I signed up for subscription and I wad told payment would be taken 2 weeks from then.

I have still not been billed and when I spoke to them yesterday they told me it would be a couple more weeks because of admin issues. Then I wad also told that my payment details had been finalised yet.

This is ridiculous, my details should of been put through immediately I gave them or at least 24 to 48 hours later.

Has anybody here had issues like theses?

Thank you for your time.

All the best,

NSCXP2005

I wouldn't be too hasty, when you sign up for a part work it normally states in the small print 'please allow up to 28 days for delivery' . I think you will find your details will be processed soon. There are probably so many people ordering this model that there will most likely be a delay in your details being processed. regards BigGrin

Just called them and got the same message as 2 weeks ago! "Had some admin troubles, we will be processing soon and you will here from us shortly" She also advised they have having stock problems and still awaiting the parts from the manufacturer as well.
So god knows when we're likely to get these??? Crying

Hello to all following this thread.

Just an update on the situation of the GTR Collection.

I have just spoke to a Customer Service agent, and I have been told the same as mentioned in this thread that the delay is due to stock shortage.

What I was also told is that the first payment will finally be taken out of our accounts before the end of this month.

I hope this helps people with the situation that is happening.

All the best,
