BigGrin Nice kit do you plan to use all the enhancments like the sound box and the radio control options either way it will make an impresive model just by its shear size at 580 mm long

hi trunkmonkey, your finish will depend on where it is in service and your model depicts a desert finish as I see the air cleaners on the back. I dont think they were fitted in the European theatre, but I may be wrong. A nice looking build though, very sharp qualityBigGrin

Its an early production so I would go for either panzer grey or dark yellow. There will be a big debate on the filters but you will find that they were found on Tigers in Europe too. Nice work looking forward to seeing the finished result!!BigGrin BigGrin BigGrin

Here is a 1:35 Tamiya Tiger I did a while ago.

aha! after searching endlessly i too have found filters on European tanks!! i have sprayed the wheels and back of the tank in panzer grey but the main body had a few too many marks which is why i used a plastic filler primer on it.......thus leading me to think it may look good in desert colours.......think i will stick to my instinct and concentrate my time on the watering :-)
