Hello Shipmates,
Thank you all for veiwing my posts,I know it has been some time since my last post. The problem I have is that I keep having new ideas about my build, and then start to plan my thoughts in my mind, this build will be a long one.
Hello Castos and welcome to the forum, you will find craftsmen on this site and only to pleased to help if you need it.
Castos you may have my permission to copy my build on the Wardroom, this is not a true representation but ok for me.You will find that a pair of tweezers and a magnifying glass will be must.I built my wardroom from scrap wood, and the food and bowls from Fimo clay, most of the measurements I made up to fit the part, but I would do it again because I feel my ship will have some thing inside as well as outside.

Regards Trev.

Hi Shipmates,
A long time since the last post, well I have finish the middle deck planking, but the stairs I found that in my case the wood suplied to week to model with, the only way was to make a copy of the stairs in hard wood.
The pictures will show how I copyed the stairs.

Thanks for looking.

Hi Shipmates,
The picture in my last post shows the Companion ways and Ladders. As you can see I had a small problem with the ladders, but I cannot understand the look of the long brass eyebolts,is this how it was,I cannot find ref to it.So I have decided to make my own using 2mm dowel, with the blank I turned to shape, drilled, and stained, although this project in not completed yet I have posted a few pictures.

2mm Blank.

Turning to Shape.

Drilling rope holes.

Size 10mm 2mm.

Fitting wire to base.

Drilling grating.

A brown thread will be spun onto 0.50 wire and insterted into each hole.

Thanks for your time.
Regards Trev.
