Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't work in any department because I'm not an employee of the company or of its partners Flapper

I think your mistaken to think that.
Payment is taken well after despatch of your mags.
In my case usually 11 days after, which is normally several days after my delivery has arrived.
The subscription transaction page seems so have gone tits up because issues 43-46 do not show up as been sent (on both my subscriptions), so all the running totals have gone out of sync and it now appears that i am paying in advance for my mags, but I Know i am not.

This latest batch shows as being sent on the 9/5/12 and has not arrived yet, which is unusually late. It normally takes about a week for me. I have been expecting them since last weds or thurs. I'm hoping it will arrive today. Not collected the post yet.

I know it can be frustrating at times, but once they have left the warehouse its in the hands of the Royal Mail which there is no control over, fortunately things usually come good in the end Cool

Thats where Deag need to change and keep up with the times. A lot of businesses seem to be sending their post by TNT as they're a lot more reliable than royal snail mail! Flapper
