So I order issues 41-45 almost 3 weeks ago and yet to receive them, what an absolute joke, why do they take so long?! Yet you miss one payment of it's late for a subscription and oddly they can remind you within a week!!

If anyone can tell me why I've waited exactly 21 days I'd appreciate itCursing Cursing Cursing Cursing

The time frame is 28 days, though 14-21 is about the norm, so they can't be too far away.

Well at least you got them in the end!
I on the other hand am still waiting for my April issues for build the victory!!!
I had a response from someone at Deagostini assuring me that they would be posted out on the 17th of this month and to allow 14 days to receive them, today is the 13th day and still no issues, what's the odds on them arriving tomorrow?
The distribution department of this company need some real training!!
I had a telephone call from a rep in April explaining that my issues would be sent out on the 16th April, begining of MAY I rang customer services and was assured that my issues would be resent that day, it's now the 30th MAY and still no issues.
I don't understand why there is such a delay getting out my issues!!!!

GUESS WHAT/

NO ISSUES!

I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AFTER THIS SUBSCRIPTION HAS RUN ITS COURSE, THERE ARE TOO MANY DELIVERY ISSUES BEING MENTIONED ON AN ALMOST WEEKLY BASIS COVERING ALL TOPICS.
THE SICK JOKE OF ALLOW 28 DAYS FOR DELIVERY IS UNIQUE TO THIS COMPANY, VIRTUALLY ALL OTHER NET-STORES ALLOW 5-7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY AND 9/10 ARRIVE WELL BEFORE THEN. SO WHY DOES SUCH A LARGE COMPANY AS THIS TAKE SO LONG.

I'm still waiting for my last delivery. It shows as posted on the 9th May. it normally takes a week but I am now past three weeks.
I wasn't conscerned at first as it seemed there were a few who were waiting on an overdue delivery.
I'm beginning to think something has happened now.
Is anyone else still waiting on their last delivery.

It seems like a case of the left hand and the right hand not knowing etc etc.....
My deliveries are always on time, and even the replacement (free) front end parts all arrived when promised, after one 'phone call.
Maybe I'm just lucky....
However, I do sympathize with all you having problems.
