I have still not had issues 94-97 which should have been sent out around 7th April. I contacted C/S around the middle of April and was told there was a delay in getting these issues out but mine was sent around 16th (I think). By later in the month I still had not recieved these issues even though payment had been taken from my account so I contacted C/S again and was told that I needed to allow 14 days from 16th and that if they had not arrived by then to contact them again.
These issues still had not arrived by the beginning of May so I again contacted C/S and was told they would send out another set straight away and that I should recieve them within the next 14 days ...... however......
I have since recieved Issues 98 - 101 (May's delivery) but still no Issues 94-97 and so contacted C/S again to be told that they were not sent out until 10th May (some 10 days after I contacted them and was told they would be resent straight away) and that I would have to wait another 14 days from 10th for them to arrive before contacting them further. I waited the 14 days, still nothing arrived so once again contacted C/S who then proceeded to tell me that I must wait for 28 days after the date they were sent (6th June, and some 60 days after the issues were first due to be sent out) before contacting them again.
Deagostini were fast enough in taking my money from my account by 16th April, but seem in no hurry to sort out missing issues.
