How can a 0.5mm thread be threaded through the double and triple blocks? the holes are far to small. How can this problem be overcome it looks impossible to drill without causing potential damage to the fighting top

hi spigs, just calm down and all will be well, first gear yourself up a bit, what you need is a set of small drills from .5 to 2mm. and a pin vice to hold them.a locking set of tweezers, and sharp scissors, thick or medium superglue to put on the ends of the thread then cut the thread to a point.use the locking tweezers on the block to hold it steady whilst you drill say .8mm hole(s)that should do the trick. Current builds: SotS, USS Consitution, San Felipe, D51 loco, HMS Surprise, RB7, Arab Dhow, Jotika HMS Victory Completed builds: HMS Pickel, Thermopylae, Mississipi river boat, Mary Rose, Cutty Sark, San Francisco II, HMS Victory x5, Titanic Lifeboat, Panart HMS Victory Launch, Hachette Titanic, Virginia Schooner, Endeavour Longboat. http://www.model-space.com/gb/
