How can a 0.5mm thread be threaded through the double and triple blocks? the holes are far to small. How can this problem be overcome it looks impossible to drill without causing potential damage to the fighting top

hi spigs,just calm down and all will be well,first gear yourself up a bit,what you need is a set of small drills from .5 to 2mm. and a pin vice to hold them.a locking set of tweezers,and sharp scissors,thick or medium superglue to put on the ends of the thread then cut the thread to a point.use the locking tweezers on the block to hold it steady whilst you drill say .8mm hole(s)that should do the trick.

Not sure where you are from, But I went to spotlight and purchased a overlocker needle threader cost $2.99ea. very good for rigging

We can get them on E bay in the UK - They're called overlock needle threaders here and they're about £3
