Sorry I dont like ranting on here but I am a bit p####d off now, not had a delevery since April !!!! I keep ringing them they keep looking at it, but still no issues. this is what i have just sent to customer services via there site! -

Hi, Will you please re-enstate my Direct Debit for my account as it is still active at my bank even though they were supposed to have told you that it was cancelled!! and start sending me my issues again from issue 87 onwards.

Paid for one lot before by card and takes weeks to come out of account!!

I understand how you might feel, I have had a long protracted battle to get hold of my April issues!
The issues finaly arrived last week, some 10 weeks later than they should. The biggest problem is this strange 28 day clause for delivery?
Trying to get anybody to make any sort of decision to send out anything before that deadline is tantamount to treason.
Hope you get your subscription sorted soon, I was suffering from withdrawal symptoms waiting for my missing isues.
