Hi mike, Just to let you know that I received my Gallery enhancement pack in this mornings' post, together with the cat-head crowns and fire buckets, and I'm sitting here stunned. Its fantastic to see how well the brass work has turned out (as we only had a scale line drawing and the Caldercraft gallery pics to go on). I'm 'over the moon' with this project and I'm so glad that I bought into it to help you achieve what you wanted with your build, at the same time helping us to achieve an improved build ourselves. It's going to make such a difference to my build - the level of detail is incredible - and although I can only speak for myself, I hope that the other members of the crew will be as ecstatic about their packs as I am. So mike, thanks again for all your time and effort in producing this for us, and I'll be following your build diary closely to watch the re-fit take place. happy Building David

Hi Mike,
I too have received the Gallery Enhancement and the Cathead Crowns today. The detail is remarkable and I can't wait to reach the stage when I can fit them. While I am waiting I look forward to seeing how other members have converted their builds.
Thank you again for all your hard work and kindness.
Best Regards, Mick

Mike, Enhancement arrived today, 'Bee's Knees', realy looking forward to fitting it, have removed the sides of the gallery but am in two minds whether or not to remove the rear as Iv'e allready fitted the flag lockers etc to the rear of the poop deck! It looks possible to overlay the rear and fit the sides in the gap left after removing the old sides. What do you think mike? Thanks again for getting this upgrade off the ground. Jeff

Hi Jeff, I am glad you are as excited as I am over the Gallery enhancement. In my humble opinion, its all or nothing!!I would remove it, however it is your Victory and now your Gallery enhancement, and how you fit it is down to what works for you, and what you are comfortable with. My concern would be with all the thickness of the rear Gallery stern ( If you leave the present Stern Gallery on) would the side Galleries cover that thickness adequately? Does this help you? Best wishes Mike MWG BUILD DIARIES: HMS VICTORY, SOVEREIGN OF THE SEAS, SAN FRANCISCO II, HMS HOOD, HMS ENDEAVOUR LONGBOAT, HMS VICTORY X-SECTION, 007 DB5, NISSAN GTR, CUTTY SARK, RB7, AKAGI, BARK HMS ENDEAVOUR, HUMMER H1, MITSUBISHI ZERO.
