Hello, I received my latest issues today but noticed that issue 61 is missing the lower engine cowl that the instructions say should be supplied with the issue. Has anyone else experienced this or am I just the unlucky one?

Howdy, I've got a similar issue where I have received issues 61, 62 and 63 yet the invoice document reports issues 61, 62, 63, 64 and a binder  I've emailed support but from what I've read on this forum, it is pot luck as to whether they will respond or not. Have you fired off an email to the support guys or tried the helpline? Cheers, E.

I don't think I have ever had a responce via the email system. I don't think there telephone helpline is without problems either. I have always had a quick and satisfactory responce via Admin on the forums though.
