Hi Guys Thanks for the welcome!! picked up first issue last week, and now subscribed for monthly installments. Wasn't sure about weather i should be doing this (more the wife) as i am currently building 1/90 of the San Juan Nepomuceno, which i started when she was pregnant with our second child. He is now 8 3/4 years old. But working through this build as a guide i know that i'll learn alot from each issue and you guys too. So i thank you in advance for your help and comments, as soon as i upload my build. My first thought is painted or natural? My San Juan is natural but i am leaning towards painting. Many Thanks Paul Current Builds:

Thanks for the warm welcome shipmates. I will be building the Victory here in NZ and am looking forward to it. I was lucky enought to visit the Victory several times when I lived in the UK and like all modellers have always fancied build her.
Now I haven't had the best experiences with part-works in the past and would have prefered to build JoTika's HMS Victory, but spreading the cost over a couple of years does have its advantages and it is easier to sell the idea to the wife...
So, HMS Victory it is and I look forward to the long and enjoyable process that is model ship building.

Thanks for the welcome.
I'm looking forward to starting the Victory but need to finish the Endeavour first.
This site is great and I look forward to following some of the other members builds.
Cheers Brian
