can anyone advise = i am now up to issue 18 and according to the magazine I should have received a canon in issue 14 and another one in issue 18 - no canons  ( i got a replacement issue 14 which also had no canon in it) Can anyone tell me why this is so - is anyone else experiencing the same problem Also have never received the [promised free magnifying glass)

Yes, I am the same. Didn't get a cannon in issue 14. I read on the forum that someone else had the same and they were told they would have it in issue 17. I didn't get one extra in 17; but i had a spare cannon from when i started the series previously. I haven't had the magnifier also, but it does state on the receipt you get in the packaging that comes with the magazines that they are still waiting to get some more in due to the popularity of the series and you will get one eventually. I had one as a christmas present one time so again at present i'm not worried. Mal. Mal.

Hi all, To Date, I am also up to issue 18, and whilst I did not get a cannon with 14 I received another one in a later issue, So far I have 3 all up. Cheers

Hi All,
I received issue 14 on Friday and no cannon was included only the hull frames.
Maybe DeAg/Admin could clarify what is happening?

If you have missing cannon from 14, you should contact Customer Services and one will be dispatched.

Thanks Mr T. I have phoned Customer Services who were aware of the problem with the missing cannon. They have promised to forward one in 3/5 days.

Hi All,
I have just received this months issues and there is no cannon in issue 18 as there was none last month in 14. I have contacted Customer Services again.
I have still not received the replacement issue 14 and am now worried that there may be no cannon in that also.

Mick Hi Mick, The reworked copies of issue 14 are back in stock and also there is a supply of 'loose cannons' available to order for anyone that didn't receive one in issue 14. You do not therefore need to order the entire issue you can request a single cannon set as a replacement or PM me your address and I will get one sent out in the post. cheers Admin

 Hi, I am with issue 118 now and my experience is that you check if you receive what's printed on back of previous mag issue. If something is missing - don't hesitate and give customer service a call. They're helpful and advice if it's due to be delivered, outstanding because out of stock or just a mistake and they rectify it in some of next deliveries (usually separate delivery!). So, check with them if you have outstanding items that you can stop counting canons - and don't be surprised: a large number of canons is turning up at the end (!) of the subscription.. happy building, Skipper
