Hi all

I'm trying to assemble the right-hand rear fairing fence to the flip-up (issue64). I've scraped off the paint is per instructions but when I go to glue it in place, the fairing springs out and wont glue down. I assembled the left-hand without any problems but I cant glue the right-hand side. Its like the curve isnt sharp enough to allow the part to glue down (if that makes sense).

Did anyone else have this problem?

Hi Simon.
I had a similar problem when I assembled mine..
The first went together ok but the the other wouldn't stay together and wanted to keep pinging open like yours.
How I finally got mine together was to glue just one end but still tape the other end fairly close.. Leave it a day for the glue to fully go off and then very carefully apply glue to the other side and tape up both ends, and again leave till it hardens...
If that makes sense..!
It worked for me..
Hope this helps..

Chris.
