     You cant tell from the picture, but this model has a huge 95 inch wingspan. I built it to house a small camera! I sadly had to sell it, and the guy who bought it, used it for towing large gliders into the air. Model boats built so far:-

Scratch built twin IC RC Vosper MTB.
Scratch built rc electric hybrid.
Scratch built rc IC hydrofoil (ran happily on snow as well as water!)
Plus numerous numerous RC planes.

Sovereign of the Seas!
1200:1 HMS Victory (by Mantua)
The Battleship Yamato (seriously considering building as an RC model)

Thanks Gus and Tomick. As for variety, in the past I constructed a petrol engined RC welded steel tube model F1 Brisca stock car. Then around 20 years ago, I had a dabble with rockets! Model boats built so far:-

RC related stuff for me only relates to battery powered Tamiyas. I have a Re Re Sand Scorcher to replace one from my youth, and an original 3 speed Toyota pick up truck, which now that I have all the parts, is slowly being restored. Gus W attached the following image(s): Currently Building:
