Saw that you had a taker for your spare and had a mild panic as I realised I had yet to check... Panic over now as I've removed all my issue 4 parts and checked both rib pairs and all cutting looks spot on. My only problem looks like I'm going to have to soak both rib sections prior to gluing together as all 4 rib sides have appeared to pick up a slight warp...
