Can anyone run through the actual procedure of making the rope coils,

magpie has something aout this somewhere, i thought it was on his surprise build.


i use double sided tape which i stick to a flat surface, then just carefully coil the thread round. once i've made the coil big enough i brush on some diluted pva and leave it to dry. once dry you can pull the coil off.
