looks like some stealers/droppers are needed. there is some info in the mags. no doubt you have full width planks in the centre and you have tapered right down at bow and stern ends. instead of making lengths that go all the way to the stern you will need to stop at a rib two or three before the stern. once it all lines up again you can the taper some planks to fit from whichever rib you have chosen to the stern. i doubt if any of that really makes any sense, the magazines do tell you how to make droppers and stealers, so maybe read them again. Come on you Jimmies

Hi, I do understand what you are saying,it is just that there is a curve at the stern and I am finding it hard to get the curve out, if i measure it it will just follow the curve.Should have seen this earlier doh!!! Thanks for your input, very helpful.

!!FINALLY!! Just finished planking the hull, I must admit it was very thought provoking concerning ways to fit the planks at the last stages. Here are some photos of the last stages, it was not exactly straight but managed to get round it by little pieces at a time in some cases. Now for the sanding . sandnesspeats attached the following image(s):

i see the curve now, don't worry mine was similar, in fact i seem to get a curve on a few of my other builds, but not on others. the great thing is you have finished the hull, well done. now for the good bit, get the sandpaper out and get sanding, you will be amazed at how good the whole thing looks once it is sanded. Come on you Jimmies

Nice job and good enough to stain if you want to. have you thought about the finish yet?

There are others on here that are brilliant.
You may want to consider it as an alternative rather than a fallback.
