HMS Vic wrote:Got the copper tiles today. Just paint and a ship to wait for now! I once half completed (had to sell it before completion) the Panart HMS Victory so I have done the tiling before...needed some time off sick from work to get me going on it though Have PM'd you Jase, regarding detail pics. To my fellow new builders... once we get going on this we may wish that some parts took more time to arrive to give us a chance to get the last lot completed! Also, use the time to browse the forum. There is bags of useful info and tips galore to wet the appetite. We are lucky to have early builders who have got errors corrected and all sorts of problems solved. Hi Vic sorry not sent detail packs yet will try and do this week just up to my eyes at the moment. “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain

No probs Jase. I got issues 1 & 2 today, about 15 mins after emailing customer services, none of the "free gifts" though...i will be patient. It helps my patience by fininshing an r/c Caldercraft Imara in between issues arriving! Paul. HMS Victory, Spitfire, MP 4-23, D51, T72, Honda CB750, Harley Davidson, Hayabusa, Ducatti 1299, E-Type, Mustang and Porsche 911, VW T1 Samba. Many others from other suppliers on the go!

I also subscribed to the Victory and Sovereign and got 2 subscriptions showing for the victory, after being passed to several advisors i am assured that your live subscriptions are the 2letter/6digit ones and the second victory sub with 7digits no letters in front is produced when the sub is activated and has no meaning to us.Hope that helps. I believe it cost me around 13pounds to find this out and left me anything but confident in DeAgs customer service. I see plenty of positive posts regarding service but in the future i will be avoiding calling them at all costs Tell me the truth,I shall not offend nor be offended
