I was waiting for the last 2 parts to be delivered and a package came this morning with parts 119 and 121 which confused me as i thought there was only 120 parts to the build upon some forum research i find that there is a cutaway section starting at issue 121 to 150 which i have not ordered and dont want can this be sorted out by admin as soon as possible?
I understand that issue 120 is not in stock and will be sent out as soon as its in as for the cutaway section I DO NOT WANT

To my knowledge, the previous dispatch contained an insert promoting the Cross-Section which had the following text:

"As a special offer to our loyal subscribers we are offering the first issue of this HMS Victory Cross-Section to you FREE with the dispatch containing issue 120. The first issue of this Cross-Section model will be issue 121 of HMS Victory and the last will be issue 150.
Should you wish to continue with your subscription to HMS Victory, all you need to do is fill out the form overleaf or contact us on the above number."

And then overleaf on the order section you had the option to continue from 122:

Yes, I wish to subscribe to HMS Victory cross-Section commencing from Issue 22

Basically you have not been charged for issue 121, and if you have not opted in to recieve the balance of the cross-section issues (122-150), then you will not receive any further issues.

By the previous despatch I take it you mean Issues 115-118. If so I received no insert and I do want to continue subscribing. I did receive an insert with 121 but that's for reserving with a Newsagent.

So what's the best way to carry on? Do I need to order via the web site to continue my subscription or is it best to contact customer services?

There was a note from Admin stating the wood components would be in the whearhouse in feb and the figurines later. They won't be sending until they have everything ready to ship. If I recall correctly.
