Hello all,
It would appear that Tamiya are about to release yet another offering in their 1:20 scale series of model racing cars ... and it's a 2010 Red Bull RB6!!

Would love them to get back into releasing new F1 models on a regular basis like they used to do a few years back and it seems with the recent Lotus 79's and others and now this, that they may well be about to do that? Good news indeed for race fans!!
Fujimi are also releasing a 1:20 Mclaren MP4/27 this month!!

Hello Sean,
If you hover your mouse cursor over the Japanese price it shows the price in UK Pounds and currently converts to £35.03 which sounds good though that is from Hobbylink Japan so it may be dearer in the UK? Looks like it also contains some photo etch in the last photo as well, so should be a very nice kit for the money and no doubt there will be aftermarket bits for it at some point as well? I think 'Zero Paints' already do colour matched paints for Red Bull!!

Hello Sean,
Great link, thanks for that and it looks like a nice model from the photos on that site. Not sure about the colour of the decals on the lower side of the undertray though, looks a bit too bright and gaudy to me. May need some Tamiya 'Smoke' over the top to tone it down a bit!!
Haven't decided whether to get one myself yet, more of a Mclaren man, so I will wait and see what the magazine reviews say first, before deciding but it does look nice I have to admit!
