If you look at CMB their bronze dolphins are £28.00p and a wooden base is £27.00. as i would not want to put it on columns alone. To make one you would need good quality wood; a router to do the edging and a band saw to cut the supports, and then it may not turn out as good. (depending on your woodworking skills ) So Mr.T's quoted price of £19.99p for DeAg's stand is very good. Malbuild's stand is very good, but i bet those dolphins cost a bit. Those dolphins cost me less than £1 thay are made of american walnut and a week of carving , the eyes are Copper rivets . A weeks work but well worth the effort . Total cost less than £5. Thanks for all the comments guys glad you like my efforts

Great skill Maldbuild. I thought they were bronze cast at first. As i said " depending on your woodworking skills " , and you've got it in Aces. Mal.
Built:
Caldercraft - HM Cutter Sherbourne.

I can only speak for myself but,to date,I have received neither an order leaflet, nor can I find any information at the online shop to suggest that the stand will be available any time soon.
We subscribers have spent nearly £1000.00 on this project. Is itv too much to ask to be kept "In the loop"? Now on sale...http://shop.deagostini.c....1350811986.1.1.utmcsr=(direct)|utmccn=(direct)|utmcmd=(none)&__utmv=-&__utmk=243992006
