I'm way off needing a stand, but if you go on price, the De-Ag stand is good, if it keeps at the previous quoted price.
If you look at CMB their bronze dolphins are £28.00p and a wooden base is £27.00. as i would not want to put it on columns alone.
To make one you would need good quality wood; a router to do the edging and a band saw to cut the supports, and then it may not turn out as good. (depending on your woodworking skills )
So Mr.T's quoted price of £19.99p for DeAg's stand is very good.
Malbuild's stand is very good, but i bet those dolphins cost a bit.

Those dolphins cost me less than £1 thay are made of american walnut and a week of carving , the eyes are Copper rivets .

A weeks work but well worth the effort . Total cost less than £5.

Thanks for all the comments guys glad you like my efforts

Great skill Maldbuild. I thought they were bronze cast at first. As i said " depending on your woodworking skills " , and you've got it in Aces.

On the 29th August Tomick advised that the stand for the Victory was anticipated in the next 3 weeks or so. This would have put the availability at about September 18th,also that an offer/order leaflet would be going out shortly.

I can only speak for myself but,to date,I have received neither an order leaflet, nor can I find any information at the online shop to suggest that the stand will be available any time soon.

We subscribers have spent nearly £1000.00 on this project. Is itv too much to ask to be kept "In the loop"?

Now on sale...
