ok i have my solution to the original post so this is more to do with figuring the pics

NP m8 i had the same probs when i started with pics when you sort it its so simple its just getting there.
you now need to resize your pics on your pc using the 'edit' button in your pics folders, if you right click the picture you want then edit then you should see a resize tab, click on this then resize to around 600 by 400 pixels will load them direct to the page.Hope this helps

you could try glueing two small wooden blocks[4 in all 2 each side]where the 2 tabs on the front keel support go into the keel,this then should hold it straight untill the major components are added or its a strip down and soak then put under a weight to remove the warp.hope this is of help
