Would that be Ayrton Senna by any chance, and it was because Irvine un-lapped himself when Senna couldn't pass Hill

That'll be when he started his first year at Williams, which was 1985 alongside Keke Rosberg? He only ever had 'Red 5' when he was at Williams and also when he was racing in the Indycars with Newman-Haas!

Thanks for that trekmeister, much appreciated!!

Apart from the famous 1970's Tyrrell P34 six-wheeler, THREE other F1 teams have built six-wheeled cars though they never actually raced and were just experimental designs with four wheels at the rear instead of at the front like the Tyrrell.

Which three teams were they and what was unusual about the four rear wheel arrangement on one of them?

The three teams were Williams, March and Ferrari and it was the Ferrari that was unusual as its rear tyres were placed side by side unlike the other two which were line astern.

it was never raced in 2003 but a developed 2002 car was used until designers made the mp4-19

That would have been down to one of his little "accidents" this time involving Villeneuve who was 1 point ahead in the last race.Schuey "accidently" bumped Villeneuve but didn't do it right,he went off & lost the title.I believe FIA removed his license for a while as well as stripping all his points & disqualifying him from that seasons standings for dangerous driving.
Just one time that Schumacher & Ferrari didn't get their own way!
PS I couldn't stop laughing till I leterally made myself sick when it happened...just thought I would share that with you all!
