Thanks Alan, apart from the Balsa infill enhancement which has serious benifits to the build, I do like to keep things simple, hence I use lots of build techniques, which have been passed down from generations of modellers, so now you know I am not 21!!!!!!!!BigGrin

No Mike, I now think you are 23.....LOL LOL

ISSUE 9 BUILD

Hi Team, continueing this section, you will see rib 26 has been fitted and the balsa has been filled between the ribs, please note not boxed as in the centre ribs but totally filled as in the Bow of the ship.

I start by cutting the wedges from 1/2inch thick balsa (the decks have already been fitted this time with the 1/2 thick balsa):-

Happy building Kind regards Mike

Hi Mike,
Looking good with the in fill, not only dose it look the part but it makes it more ridged, also helps with the planking.

Kind Regards Trev.

Very nice work again Mike. Think I am going to hold off on this part for a while, at least until I see what else attaches to the gallery... Will be infilling though when the time is right....
