Hi Pabaz, SOTS is my very first build and like you couldn't decide the best way forward especially with so much very useful advice and tips from experienced modellers in this forum. Planking looks as if it needs to be done with a great deal of accuracy and care in order to achieve the best results and filling in all sections of the hull gives more contact area for the planks and makes the subject of fairing the hull a lot easier... Biggest and most beneficial thing I have found in doing this is how solid and secure the hull actually feels and I am very confident there is no way any twists can possibly develop later in the build... I would recommend following MWG's excellent tutorial.....
