Just a small update to a small project I been doing, as I didnt think the blue asatate was very convincing so I made my own windows, here are some pictures of what I did. This is the jig I used for the framing. This is out the jig. Trimed to fit. Now glued into place. Finished and painted ready to be fitted on deck. Nice work on the skylight there. I tinkered with the idea of building it myself also, but shyed away from it as to fiddly. Yours looks good though.

thought it was about time i showed what i have been up to, i was not to happy with the stern of the ship so i decided to rip it off and start again as you can see from the pictures it is a slow process to get it looking like the real vessel. this is a little progress so far still working on details and painting will have finished article soon i hope. all comments welcome. I might be on my masts just now, but I still have a lot to do on the top deck, pin holders, rails bulwarks to mention a few, just thought I would do a bit to the masts to see if I could do it, I am very happy with it all so far,
