We in RSA are only on issue 33 so I must say I am envious of you guys coming to the end of your builds.The finnished car looks awesome and I cant wait. Please can anyone tell me how many parts are used in the completed model.

Hi TAGS There are approximatly 419 parts and 150 screws/nuts etc. plus lots of decals. I have not weighed it yet but it is pretty heavy and a very very impressive model and will have presence wherever it is displayed. You've got a good year ahead of you. I can understand your envy, we were the same with the japanes, but you guys in SA have the advantage of this forum where you can see all the tips and mistakes we have made along the way. Thanks Smeg for your response. I would like to Know the total number parts used including individual transfers etc. I plan to use this information when doing a description plaque/plate for my display case. Does anybody Know the exact amount?

Howzit TAGS As you wish to display the information you might be better off counting yourself to ensure you are accurate, just spend an hour looking through Tomick's build diary, he has a photograph of the parts supplied with each issue, when counting screws one extra of each type is supplied, for example if Tommick's photo shows 5 type a screws 4 are need for the model and one is a spare.
