Thanks mike. Just filled stern gallery with filler and glued the upper gallery deck supports to it . Leaving over night to dry.then paint job on inside, ready for your gallery enhancement. Hi guys. Just a quick guide as to how I done the sign. I painted over the whole of the inner surface and the H,M.s Victory lettering with French blue paint. Leave the paint to dry. When paint has dried I used a magnifying lamp, and very fine grade sandpaper to rub top surface of the Hms victory wording out. Do this very lightly as you only want to take the paint off not damaging the lower surface. Doing it this way the gold outside border and the gold in the lettering are the same colour.
