Hello all,
Just to let you know that SKY TV are yet again re-running their brilliant series of 'Supermodels' on Discovery Shed - Channel 242, with two half hour episodes between 9:00 and 10:00 every weekday!!
They have just started running the build of one of the largest Radio Controlled Jet-powered aircraft in the world, namely the Colin Strauss designed McDonnell Douglas C-17 Globemaster which is powered by FOUR gas turbine engines with a 5.76m wingspan, 5.90m length and weighs 90kg!!
I have watched this before, the aircraft is HUGE, with the top of the tailplane/vertical stabiliser being as tall as a man!! An amazing feat of modelling not to be missed and a superb series that is well worth watching over and over again!!!

Thanks for sharing Kev, unfortunately I don't have SKY though!  Never mind I will just have to pick it up on the flip side. Should be excellent though! Regards
